If you are not satisfied with Screentack for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@screentack.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your order number or the email used at checkout. You can also request a refund directly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, using the receipt you received by email.
How refunds are processed
Payments for Screentack are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 days
Purchases are generally non-refundable after the 30-day window. If you hit a technical problem you believe should qualify for a refund, contact us at support@screentack.com and we will work with you in good faith.
Free trial
Screentack includes a free trial so you can evaluate it before you buy. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the app fits your workflow.
